IPA Cleaning and Hygiene

Founded in 2012, IPA Cleaning & Hygiene is delighted to release our second full product directory showcasing our core selection of the ever growing 3000 products we list. A division of IPA Purchasing, IPA Cleaning & Hygiene aims to deliver on price and quality through an extremely personal service to our expanding list of loyal customers.  

Accounts and Payment terms Most customers trade on a credit account, settling their invoices each month via Direct Debit, BACS or cheque. Alternatively, you can pay your Cleaning & Hygiene invoices via IPA Central Billing with your other IPA suppliers (Further details on page 37).


Ordering

Orders can be placed via a range of methods available to all customers. Talk to one of our friendly team to place your order and obtain additional product advice. Login online, send a quick email or fax through your order at a time to suit you. All details can be found on page 25.

Delivery & Fulfilment

Deliveries are made via our own fleet of vehicles in the South of the UK supported by our courier partners TNT & Tuffnells to allow national coverage and a next day service. We doubled our warehousing space in 2016, with the aim of increasing our 96% first time in full delivery rate to further improve the customer experience.

Suppliers IPA works with the leading suppliers and manufacturers to bring you the well known brands, while continuing to ensure that the majority of categories offer our customers an economy, standard and premium product. IPA’s key suppliers include; Evans Vanodine, Synergy Health, Colpac Packaging, Proctor & Gamble, Robert Scott & Sons and DEB.

Excellence by IPA

IPA Cleaning and Hygiene has launched our own product range - Excellence by IPA. Comprised of a competitively priced range of key products for laundry, dishwashing, floor cleaning and much more.

COSHH Training  & Data Sheets

Ensuring you are using our products safely and correctly as well as being fully compliant with the law is of paramount importance to us. We offer free of charge COSHH Product Training to all our customers, ideally through small group sessions of 10 – 12 people. With your first order, IPA will supply a full COSHH folder of all your products, and further enhance this by electronically sending you COSHH sheets with every order.

Ongoing Support and Account Management Despite continued growth IPA is dedicated to staying close and visible to all our customers no matter their size. All customers receive contact details for the Directors of IPA who are available throughout to offer extended support on top of that provided by our local Business Development Managers and internal Customer Service Executives.

Customer Service

All IPA companies have been founded on the principles of outstanding customer service. IPA’s Chairman Vanessa Turner plays an active role in ensuring that customers’ needs are met at the first time of asking by all staff across our group of companies. The businesses have been built on doing what the customer asks rather than dictating to the customer; to this end IPA is willing and able to source bespoke products to meet your exact specification, before holding stock to an agreed level to fulfil your demand.
